Philemon was a man known for his faith, his hospitality, and his generosity. But what happens when he is asked to apply the gospel to the person who broke his trust and harmed him? And how will we respond when people harm and hurt us? When they betray our trust? Will we respond with the forgiveness that we have received in Christ?

In this message, we see the four promises of forgiveness:

1. I will never dwell on this incident
2. I will not bring up this incident again and use it against you
3. I will not talk to others about this incident
4. I will not let this incident stand between us or hinder our relationship.

And we pursue these relationships between we believe that the gospel has the power not only to transform relationships, but to make something even more beautiful through the scars!
